Upon reaching the 3rd floor the persons outside the restaurant had apparently been smoking like chimnies. My wife was not in the mood to linger in the casino due to the smoke and I can’t blame her.Īnyway, Binions is upstairs on the 3rd floor when you walk in. It was pleasantly much larger and the smoking while prevalent was moderately tolerable for me.
